**** 100 CLUB ****
The 100 Club is a monthly draw for cash prizes of £30, £20 and £10.
To enter the competition entrants must pay an annual subscription of £12 for each number they have in the draw, entrants may have more than one number and these are allocated to them at the beginning of each season starting in April, they keep the same numbers for that year. The numbers allocated to each entrant are advised once payment has been received, they are also on view on one if the noticeboards at the Clubhouse.
The 100 club draws are normally made at the monthly social meetings or Club Galas.
The draw is simple: all the numbers are placed in a tartan bag (there is no significance in the colour, tartan was the first bag we could find). A member of the Club is asked to draw one of the numbers in the bag for the First Prize of £30, then another member draws the Second Prize of £20 and finally another member draws the Third Prize of £10.
The total prize money each year is £720, we normally sell over 120 numbers - the remaining monies go towards Club funds.
It's a game of chance which Club members enjoy whilst raising funds for the Club.
