Kitchen
This is your kitchen, please treat it as you do the one at
home. There is no one to do the washing
up but yourself. Please leave it as you
find it.
On match days there is a duty team in charge of the kitchen. As they may be cooking, please respect the
fact that there may be hot surfaces and certainly clean areas, so your entry to
the kitchen should only be by invitation.
The duty roster is pinned outside the kitchen prior to the season.
At the time of writing there are as many conventions over the
provision of match day refreshment as there are different sorts of matches that
the club plays. Once you have been
nominated for kitchen duty, seek out the catering manager to understand the
requirement and on the day check with the captain of the day for the precise
requirements. See Catering
At all other times feel free to make use of the facilities to
make tea coffee etc. A tin is provided
for contributions as shown on the price list affixed to the wall.
